Jo Hwi Hyeon, known professionally as Hwiseo, is a South Korean singer, dancer and member of H1-KEY (하이키). She graduated from Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School, and before debuting, she spent 9 and a half years as a trainee.

She made her debut in June 2022 when she joined H1-KEY as the new main vocalist and rapper with their single "Run". The group had debuted 6 months earlier, but after the departure of another member, Grandline Group (그랜드라인 그룹, often shortened to GLG), wanted to maintain the 4-member composition, so they decided to add her to the lineup.
