Lee Sung Jong is a South Korean singer, dancer and member of INFINITE (인피니트). He graduated from Jeonju Arts High School and later obtained bachelor's degrees in Acting from Korea Film University and from Korea University of the Arts and a master's degree in Film Arts from Sejong University.

He made his debut in June 2010 as the group's vocalist and maknae with their first EP, "First Invasion". In 2012, the single "The Chaser" was named Billboard's third-best K-pop song of the 2010s decade and was included in Rolling Stone's list of 75 Greatest Boy Band Songs of All Time in 2020. The band was managed by Woollim Entertainment (울림엔터테인먼트).

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on July 22, 2019, and was discharged on May 8, 2021. After being released, he continued to do various musicals and promoting as a solo artist and as part of INFINITE.

He left Woollim Entertainment in January 2022 but remained part of the group and later signed with SPK Entertainment. He made his debut as a soloist in March 2023 with the single "The One".

In May 2023, it was reported that INFINITE established its own agency, Infinite Company (인피니트 컴퍼니), with Kim Sung Kyu as the company representative. The agency handles all promotional activities for the group while each member remains in their own agency for individual activities. A few days later, Woollim Entertainment CEO Lee Jung Yeop transferred the trademark rights for the name INFINITE over to the group so they could continue their activities without changing their group name.
