Kwon So Hee, professionally known as SAAY, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, dancer, composer, producer, and former member of EVOL (이블). She graduated from Eonnam High School.

She made her debut in August 2012 (using the stage name Say) as EVOL's leader, main dancer, vocalist and face of the group with their first album, "Let Me Explode". The group was originally managed by Stardom Entertainment (스타덤 엔터테인먼트) and was seen as the female version of BLOCK B. However, they never found a steady fanbase, and the company began facing financial issues.

In August 2015, Stardom opted to merge with Hunus Entertainment (후너스엔터테인먼트), but, as a result, the contracts of three members were terminated as a new strategy was supposedly being developed for the group. Unfortunately, nothing came to fruition, and the group disbanded a few weeks later.

She made her debut as a solo artist in July 2017 (now under the stage name SAAY) with the digital single "Circle". She was represented by Universal Music Korea, but after her contract expired in July 2024, she created her own company, Team SAAY, where she serves as the CEO.
