Matsushima Shohei, simply known as Shohei, is a Japanese singer.

When he was still in Japan, he was signed under Avex Artist Academy and was announced as a member of the group unit BXB (not to be confused with the South Korean boy group of the same name) in 2017. Unfortunately, the group disbanded in early 2018.

In July 2022, he joined SM Entertainment and was revealed as a new member of SM Entertainment's trainee team, S.M. ROOKIES. He was supposed to debut with the new NCT group, but he suffered a herniated disc and returned home to recover in late 2022. By May 2023, the agency announced that he was unable to join NCT due to health reasons and would continue as a solo artist for the time being.

In September 2024, YamYam Entertainment (냠냠 엔터테인먼트) and TV Chosun launched a joint project to debut a trot-idol group called MYTRO (마이트로). He was chosen as one of the members and was supposed to debut at the end of the year. However, their debut date kept being postponed until they were quietly removed from the agency's website without an official statement.

He is now represented by SM C&C (에스엠컬처앤콘텐츠).
