Jean Kuo is a Taiwanese actress, TV hostess, artist, and politician born in Taipei, Taiwan. In the 2024 legislative election, she was nominated by the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) and elected as a legislator-at-large.

Kuo attended Taipei Municipal Jin Hua Junior High School (臺北市立金華國民中學) and the Department of Fashion Design at Taipei Private Wende Girls’ Senior High School (臺北市私立文德女子高級中學). She later earned a bachelor's degree in French from Tamkang University (淡江大學).

Kuo has a long-standing involvement in miniature art creation and teaching, and she was the first in Taiwan to publish books on the subject.

In 2000, Kuo entered a relationship with Yu Chao Wen (尤昭文), son of former Taipei County Magistrate Yu Ching (尤清) of the Democratic Progressive Party. The couple became engaged but ended their relationship in 2006. Kuo married Justin Lin (林宣廷) on March 16, 2008, and they had a son, Lin Mu Cheng (林牧呈), in 2012.
