He made his debut in 2015 with the heavy metal band DANGGISIO, a 5-member band that pursues an alternative post-grunge sound.
In 2021, he started pursuing career as a soloist by entering "Super Band 2" but was eliminated in the second round. He later entered TV Chosun's "Tomorrow's National Singer" and finished in 7th place, being the only rocker in the top 7.
Since 2022, he has also joined the project group of National Singers, made up of the top-10 singers of the show, and he released his first solo song, "Paradigm".
Since 2023, he's been active as a DJ on a BTN radio's broadcast "Mate ON", co-hosted with fellow "National Singer" Jo Yeon Ho.
In 2024, he made his musical theatre debut in "Natural Born Idiots".
In 2025, his contract with Sugar Records ended, and he debuted for the fourth time, joining a new five-member rock band, FIRR.
