Ji Yun Seo is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of EVNNE. He graduated from Toegyewon High School, and before debuting, he spent 2 years and 4 months as a trainee at Yue Hua Entertainment.

In 2023, he entered MNet's "Boys Planet", but he ended up in 41st place. However, Jellyfish Entertainment reached an agreement with several agencies and decided to create a second project group (alongside ZEROBASEONE) with the contestants outside the Top 9. Originally, the group's name was set to be BLIT (short for "Boldly Leaping into Tomorrow"), but after careful discussions, it was decided to change it to EVNNE (short for "Evening's Newest Etoiles"). The group debuted in September 2023 with the EP "Target Me".
