Yoon Jong Woo, known as Jongwoo, is a South Korean singer, lyricist, former member of BLACK LEVEL (블랙 레벨) and current member of ONE PACT (원팩트). He graduated from Baekyoung High School.

He made his debut with BLACK LEVEL in February 2022 (under the stage name Ze:U) with their 1st mini album, "New-Start", helping with the creation of choreographies and writing lyrics for several songs. However, 9 months later, VT Entertainment announced that he and 3 other members decided to leave the group to pursue their idol dreams independently.

He switched agencies and re-debuted in November 2023 as the leader of ONE PACT with their 1st mini-album "Moment".
