Lee Yoon Hyuk, known simply as Yoon Hyuk, is a South Korean singer and former member of the duo DECEMBER. He made his official debut in 2009 as part of the duo December under CS Happy Entertainment with the EP "Dear My Lover". The group was moderately successful but fans doubted his singing abilities as he had so few parts in the duo's songs compared to DK. In 2017, his license was revoked after he was charged with drunken driving and pretending to be his brother when questioned by the police. The duo officially disbanded in 2018 when each member signed for different companies and now promote as soloists. In 2019, he returned with an OST for the KBS drama "My Only One" and the duo decided to reunite in 2021 with the single "Love is Like Watching Stars With You". He is currently the CEO of his own label, Monster Company.
On June 30, 2023, the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office announced he was arrested and indicted on charges of fraud. He borrowed as much as 1 billion Won (approx. 756,000 USD) from acquaintances that included celebrities, management officials, fans, and legal professionals who were close to him, claiming to be using the funds for investments and disappearing without repaying the debt. He will now await trial.
