Kim Sung Tae, known simply as Sung Tae, is a South Korean singer, producer, composer, member of the duo Postmen and former member of MtoM. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Chung-Ang University. He debuted in 2005 when he was introduced as the new member of the band MtoM that debuted in 2004 as a duo but restructured as a trio a year later when Kim Jin Ho left. He joined for the promotion of their 2nd album and remained until 2009 when the group went through more changes. In 2010, he joined Shin Ji Hoo and the pair became the duo Postmen but remained a somewhat obscure pair until their song "I Can’t Go to Sinchon" was released in 2014 and it was a big hit, especially in karaokes. In 2019, he released his first solo album with the title song "I Think I Did Well" and continues to promote as a solo singer and as part of Postmen. In 2020, he participated in "Sing Again" but was eliminated in the earlier rounds.
