"Karn" Kasidej Hongladaromp, also known as WIM, is a Thai singer-songwriter and actor. After graduating from Suankularb Wittayalai School, he went on to study at Rangsit University's Faculty of Music. Furthermore, he was the winner of the 24th KPN singing contest.

In 2021, he and his long-lost friend, Alyn Wee, formed a musical duo group called HYBS (ไฮบ์ส) under JUICEY. They debuted with the song “Ride" and were awarded Best Indie of the Year at The Guitar Mag Awards 2023. After the duo disbanded in January 2024, Karn made his solo debut under the name WIM.
