Song Joo Young, known professionally as Rado, is a South Korean producer, composer and lyricist. He made his debut by participating in the last part of Jang Woo Hyuk's 2nd regular album, "My Way". His debut as a composer was in the album "In Dreams" by Soul Man & Minos in 2007. He also debuted as a singer when in 2009 he was part of the 4-member group SOMEDAY that released the album of the same name along with the song "Do You Know?" that was used as an OST for the KBS drama "Boys Over Flowers". He left the group when the whole lineup was changed in 2010 before disbanding a year later. In 2014, he joined Choi Kyu Sung and formed the music production and song writing duo Black Eyed Pilseung. They are responsible for producing hit songs such as Sistar's "Touch My Body", Miss A's "Only You", Twice's "Cheer Up", "TT", "Likey", and "Fancy", and Apink's "I'm So Sick", "Eung Eung", and "Dumhdurum", among many others. In 2017, the duo joined CJ E&M to launch a new entertainment company called High-Up Entertainment, which became independent in 2018. In 2020, they debuted girl group STAYC and he continues to successfully produce many songs every year.
