Park Yong Kyu, known professionally as Park Ji Heon, is a South Korean singer and member of V.O.S (브이오에스). He obtained 2 bachelor's degrees, one in Applied Music from Woosong Information College and another in Theater and Film from Joongbu University. He later graduated with a master's degree in Music Therapy from Westminster Theological Seminary.

He made his debut in March 2024 as the group's leader and vocalist with their first full-length album, "The Real". In 2009, after promoting their EP "Routine Free", he began negotiations with Star Empire Entertainment to renew his contract. While the other 2 members renewed, he could not reach an agreement with the agency. In addition, it was revealed that he was secretly married and had two kids (born in 2006 and in 2009) with his wife (the couple met in middle school and remain together to this day and now have 6 children), so negotiations broke down.

In 2010, he decided to quit V.O.S and left the company. He signed with YM Entertainment and debuted as a soloist in late 2012 with the single "If You Miss Me", but the public always associated him with V.O.S. In 2015, he apologized to his former groupmates and he returned to V.O.S when all signed with HappyFace Entertainment. He is now an independent artist for individual activities and, for V.O.S's activities, he is represented by Ravex (레이벡스).
