Choi Jae Man, known simply as Jae Man, is a South Korean singer and former member of URBAN ZAKAPA (어반자카파). He graduated from Dong-Ah University of Media and Arts with a bachelor's degree in Visual Music.

He debuted in July 2009 as the group's vocalist with their first single, "Café Latte". Originally, the group had 9 members and, within months, creative and musical differences began creating conflicts within the group. By 2012, he and 5 other members decided to leave.

After completing his mandatory military service, he resumed his career by joining a gospel group called The Nucleus.

In 2017, he made his debut as a soloist with the single album "Complicated". He now continues to promote and is currently represented by Neuron Music (뉴런뮤직).
