Xie Yu Wang, whose real name is Xie Wang, is a Chinese actor born in Chengdu, Sichuan, China.

His actual dream job is pilot. After graduating from high school, he applied to the Sichuan Chengdu Guanghan Flight Academy. He passed the preliminary examination in both physical examination and academic performance, but was not admitted in the re-examination due to his vision in his right eye. Later, he studied broadcasting and hosting at Sichuan Media College.

He has never studied any art-related majors, but he took on a film role when he first entered university and fell in love with acting.
