Starting out as a child star, Zhou Yang Yue made her first public appearance participating in the children's talent show "Jia You! Shao Nian Pai" (加油! 少年派) on CCTV's children's channel. In 2017, she would officially begin her acting career with the drama "The Dream of Red Mansions" (小戏骨：红楼梦之刘姥姥进大观园).
