Tezuka Shigeo is a Japanese actor and singer. In 1962 he became a member of the idol group Three Funkies. He made a solo debut with the single "Young Lake" in 1963.

After Three Funkies disbanded, he joined Crown Records as a solo singer in 1966. During his solo singing career, he was unable to produce any hit songs and shifted his focus to acting instead.

He died at the age of 62 of lung cancer at a hospital in Takatsuki, Osaka, Japan.
