"Matsee" Thitikan Lueangrungsap, or Matsee New Country, is a Thai singer and member of the luk thung band New Country (นิวคันทรี่) under Grammy Gold (แกรมมี่ โกลด์). She studies at Mahidol University's Pre-College of Music.

In 2022, Matsee made her New Country debut with the release of the single "Ting Kha" (ติ่งค่ะ) alongside the band's other female member, Gig.
