Kil Gun is a South Korean singer and dancer. Before debuting, she was a professional dancer and choreographer and became well-known for working with Lee Hyo Ri. She made her singing debut in 2004 with "My Name is KG" choosing hip hop as her preferred genre. In 2008, she became involved in a contract dispute with her agency, Soul Shop Entertainment, and g.o.d's Kim Tae Woo (the CEO). She spent the next 8 years out of the industry and returned in 2014 with a new album. In 2022, she announced she was switching to trot music.
