Qin Peng Fei is a director, actor, stuntman, and martial arts director born in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. He graduated from Shanxi Normal University. He has been fond of martial arts since he was a child.

In 1994, he went to Yanzhao Martial Arts School in Wuji County to study martial arts. During this period, he won the Hebei Province Wushu Championship, was named a first-class athlete in Hebei Province, and won the Sportsmanship Award.
