She graduated from Keelung Girls' Senior High School and the Department of Public Administration at National Chengchi University. Prior to entering the television industry, she was originally named Te Shu Fen (德淑芬), but later she changed her name Te Hsin I (德馨忆). In 2020, she made her debut as a producer for the production of "Khioh Hah A".
