Zhang Ke is a Chinese screenwriter and director from Lanzhou, Gansu. He is a Master's degree candidate in film studies at the Meishi Film School of Chongqing University.

He is a creator of Beijing Zou Jingzhi Screenwriting Studio, a member of the Documentary Academic Committee of the China Television Artists Association, a member of the TV Drama Screenwriting Working Committee of the China Radio and Television Association, a member of the Chinese Film and Literature Society, and a member of the China Colleges and Universities Film and Television Society. Both the undergraduate and master's majors are in film and television screenwriting.

In 2005, the film and television drama script he created was broadcast on provincial satellite TV for the first time.
