Kawasaki Hiroyuki was a Japanese screenwriter and novelist. He was born in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. After working for Brother Noppo, he founded the Kawasaki Hiroyuki Screenwriting Institute. He mainly worked on screenplays for anime.

He died on January 23, 2026, at the age of 60. His death was announced on May 28 of the same year by Koyama Takao, who was connected to Brother Noppo on Twitter.
