Lee Seung Hwan is a South Korean singer and producer. He graduated from Whimoon High School and later attended Hankuk University of Foreign Studies but dropped out of the English Language and Literature program to focus on his singing career.

He made his debut in 1989 with his first studio album "B.C. 603". He was one of the representative musicians of the 1990s and was nicknamed the "King of Live Performances" due to his passion for solo concerts. He won the New Artist's Gold Disc in 1991 and has released more than 10 different singles, albums and EPs that reached number one.

Since 2015, he is the founder and CEO of his own agency, Dream Factory (드림팩토리클럽).
