Xu Liang is a Chinese singer-songwriter from Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. He began publishing his original songs online in 2010 and quickly rose to fame as his songs were widely featured in Tencent’s online multiplayer games. In 2011, he released his debut album "Bu Liang Shao Nian" (不良少年).

He is regarded as one of the "Three Giants of QQ Music" along with Xu Song and Silence Wang, who consistently occupied the top three spots on the QQ Music charts in the early 2010s, and their feizhuliu (非主流) cultural aesthetic represented the musical memories of the post-90s generation.
