Uchida Yasuo was a Japanese cinematographer, video producer, and director. Active during the Showa era, he worked on cinematography for films and television at Shintoho and Toei from the 1950s. In the 1980s, he transitioned to Daiei TV productions and later moved into directing and producing erotic V-cinema during the early Heisei period.

In 1996, Uchida was arrested for public obscenity related to his production "Scandalous Seiko."

He is the younger brother of Toei cameraman Uchida Masaji and freelance cameraman Uchida Kiyomi.
