He graduated from Seibi Middle School in Suginami, Tokyo, and subsequently enrolled in the acting department of the Japan Film School. After graduating in March 1945, he joined Daiei Tokyo Studio, debuting that year in the film "Farewell is Also Fun."
From 1955, Natsuki became an exclusive contract actor with Daiei. After the company's bankruptcy in 1971, he transitioned to freelancing, expanding his career to include television dramas.
Though he is believed to be deceased, the exact date of his death is unknown.
