Noh Ji Hyeon, known professionally as Jiana, is a South Korean singer, dancer and member of YOUNG POSSE (영파씨) managed by DSP Media (DSP미디어) and co-produced by independent record label Beats Entertainment (비츠엔터테인먼트). She graduated from Hanlim Arts High School.

Jiana made her debut in October 2023 as YOUNG POSSE's main vocalist with their first EP "Macaroni Cheese."
