Chloe Doung, known professionally as Chloe Young, is a South Korean-Canadian singer, dancer and member of BADVILLAIN (배드빌런). She was born in Canada, but later her family returned to South Korea so she could enroll in a dance academy. She graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School.

She made her debut in June 2024 as BADVILLAIN's leader, main rapper and dancer with their first single album, "Overstep". The group is managed by Big Planet Made Entertainment (빅플래닛메이드엔터).
