Shimada Bin is a Japanese voice actor and actor from Niigata, Japan, affiliated with Aoni Production and serving as a board member of the Japan Actors Union.

Shimada's interest in theater began in high school, where he participated in a local amateur theater group. He later attended Daito Bunka University, enrolling in the Faculty of Economics. During his time there, a former theater group colleague encouraged him to apply to the training program at Theatre Echo, where he was accepted as a first-term student. In his second year, he became a trainee with the theater company, fully immersing himself in various aspects of theater production, including acting, set construction, understudy work, prompting, and rehearsing. He also took part in productions outside the company.

Shimada made his stage debut in the play "The American Dream."
