Andy Toshihide Okuda, known simply as Andy, is an American singer, dancer, and former member of ARrC (아크). He was born in Los Angeles and holds dual American and Japanese citizenship thanks to his parents.

Before debuting, he moved to South Korea at the age of 15 to become a trainee and spent nearly 2 years at Starship Entertainment. He participated in JTBC's "Project 7" but could not earn a spot in the resulting project group as he finished in 19th place.

However, Mystic Story (미스틱스토리) announced he will become part of ARrC starting with their next comeback. The group debuted in August 2024 but former member Kim Ji U decided to leave due to personal reasons so, he was brought in to replace him. His first material with the group was their mini-album, "nu kidz: out the box", released in February 2025. But, the group was able never to establish themselves in the industry. So, in June 2026, Mystic Story announced their disbandment.
