Meeia Foo is a Malaysian-Chinese singer born in Kelantan, Malaysia. She graduated from Yongping High School and initially studied at Southern University College in the Department of Chinese. Later, she continued her education at Feng Chia University, where she earned a degree in Chinese Literature.

Meeia was the runner-up on the talent show "Super Idol 2."
