Tsuji Santaro, born Tsuji Shigeru (辻茂), is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and comedy performer born in Tokyo, Japan. His former stage names include Tsuji Shigeru (辻しげる) and Tsuji Shigeru (辻シゲル).

After graduating from Setagaya High School (世田谷高等学校), Tsuji became a disciple of Yanagiya Kingoro (柳家金語楼), a monologist, and joined the Gekidan Kingoro (金語楼劇団). He was later affiliated with the theater groups Gekidan Mirai Gekijo (劇団未来劇場) and NAC (エヌ・エー・シー) before joining M-Three (エム・スリー).

In 1982, he founded the Tsuji Theater (劇団辻シアター), where he continues to serve as director.
