Sun Hee Engelstoft is a Copenhagen-based film director. Born in Busan, South Korea, she was adopted to Denmark. She studied photography before attending the National Film School of Denmark, graduating in 2011. Her debut feature-length documentary, Forget Me Not: A Letter to My Mother, premiered at CPH:DOX in 2019. In addition to filmmaking, she speaks at conferences, universities, and political events on women's rights and first family protection.
