Ella McKenzie Gross is a South Korean-American singer, dancer, model, and member of MEOVV (미야오). She was born in Los Angeles and holds dual citizenship.

She was scouted at the age of 2 while her family was visiting South Korea and began her modeling career. Her mother had some modeling experience and she signed a contract with L.A. Models. She became an exclusive child model for fashion brands such as Zara, Levi's, GAP, among others. She debuted on the runway at age nine at the Tokyo Girls Collection A/W 2018 fashion show.

In 2018, she signed with The Black Label (더블랙레이블) to continue her modeling career in South Korea. The CEO saw her potential to become a singer and decided to include her in the agency's new group. She made her debut in September 2024 as MEOVV's main visual, vocalist and maknae with their first digital single, "Meow". The name of the group means "My Eyes Open VVide" with the W of wide split as two V's and the concept is that of a cat.
