Cho Yi Hyun, born Cho Seung Hee, is a South Korean actress, singer, producer at PocketDol Studio and former member of F-VE DOLLS and DIA. She graduated from Daesung Girls' High School and was later enrolled in the Theatrical and Film Studies program at Kookmin University, but is officially on a leave-of-absence. Before debuting she was a trainee at Woollim Entertainment and was set to become a member of LOVELYZ, even appearing in an episode of "Running Man" with Jiae and The SeeYa's Yeonkyung as "Woolim Girls", but the plan fell apart and she left the company.
At nearly the same time, a group called CO-ED SCHOOL had debuted in mid-2010 but was quickly disbanded as the 10 members, 5 guys and 5 girls, were divided into two separate groups, SPEED and F-VE DOLLS. Both groups re-debuted in 2011 and she was added to F-VE DOLLS in 2013 as the main vocalist. The group was not successful and disbanded around late 2014 and around then, she made her acting debut with minor roles in "Mr. Back" and "Triangle". In 2015, she re-debuted as the leader of DIA with the leader and main vocalist with the group's 1st album "Do It Amazing". However, in mid-2016, she announced her departure of the group after her contract expired in order to pursue her acting career. In 2019, she seemed to have ended her acting career as she began focusing on producing and managing other artists such as trot singer Hong Ja and group BAE173. In 2020, she legally changed her name to Cho Yi Hyun and, the following year, she worked on the planning and A&R for the reality survival show “My Teenage Girl” which formed the girl group CLASS:y. After show ended, she founded PocketDol Studio's label M25, which currently manages CLASS:y.
