Nie Ya Liang is a Chinese actor. He is a graduate of the Acting Department at the Shanghai Theatre Academy. He studied abroad in Vancouver, Canada, at his own expense in May 1991 and returned to China in 1993.

He is a member of the Shanghai Television Artists Association and an associate professor at the Shanghai Theatre Academy.
