Kobayashi Kyoji was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator. He was known for his roles as the narrator and the protagonist One-Seven in the tokusatsu series Daitetsujin 17. He was also married to Kobayashi Harumi at the time of his death.

After one year of fighting illness due to cerebral infarction, he died at a hospital in Satagaya, Tokyo, on March 8, 2007, at 1:02 am due to a subarrachnoid hemorrhage. He was 75 years old.
