Lee Jung Hoo

He was chosen by the Nexen-Kiwoon Heroes in the 2017 KBO League Draft and won the KBO League Rookie of the Year Award that year. He was named the KBO League MVP in 2022 and won five consecutive Golden Glove Awards from 2018 to 2022. At the international level, he has represented South Korea at the 2020 Summer Olympics and the 2023 World Baseball Classic.
In 2024, he signed a 6-year contract with the San Francisco Giants and moved to the United States. He injured his left shoulder in May of that year and lost the rest of the season. The following year, he came back and led the team in several statistics and is regarded as a reliable player.
