Lee Seung Hyeok, known professionally as Hukky Shibaseki, is a South Korean rapper, musician, and producer. He dropped out of high school but later passed the High School Graduation Certification Examination. He then obtained a bachelor's degree in Film Studies.

He was studying for his master's degree in the United States when he had to return to South Korea due to personal circumstances. He found music interesting and began performing as part of the collective DIPCOIN, producing music in clubs. In 2016, he became the guitarist of band NUMNUM (넘넘), and they were frequent performers at several underground clubs.

Then, in 2018, he joined band LEMON (레몬), where he served as the producer and vocalist. As a producer, he uses the pen name huk or Hukky. In 2021, he created the band HYODO AND BASS (효도앤베이스) alongside two other musicians, and he works as the drummer. He gained further recognition in 2024 by winning the Best Rap/Hip-Hop Album award at the 22nd Korean Music Awards for "Free Hukky Shibaseki & the God Sun Symphony Group: Odyssey.1", a collaborative album with B-FREE.

In August 2026, he signed an exclusive contract with Universal Music Korea (유니버설 뮤직 코리아).
