- Born: April 19, 1990
- Age: 34
In November 2014, the group filed a lawsuit against its agency. The members sought to nullify its contract with the company citing "unfair conditions and profit distribution". In August 2015, the two parties ultimately settled and B.A.P resumed its activities under TS Entertainment.
On September 9, 2018, he was under investigation for sexually harassing a women. B.A.P. disbanded on February 18, 2019.
He can play piano, drums, guitar, violin and traditional instruments like dae-geum, jang-goo, ggwaeng-ga-ri and jing. In 2011, he was an MC for MTV's ''The Show'' together with Hyo Sung from Secret and Luna from F(x).
He made his solo debut on October 25, 2020 with the digital single "Reason Of My Life". On October 26, 2020, he caused an accident while intoxicated with a high blood alcohol concentration. On October 27, 2020, he released an apology.
On February 24, 2021, the district court in Seoul came to a conclusion that he will be sentenced to 10 months of prison and 40 hours of a therapy program for sex offenders. He and the prosecution later filed an appeal.
On June 13, 2021, he posted an apology on his Instagram account. That night he attempted suicide. His mother had been contacted by acquaintances that were concerned for his health and was able to prevent a more serious incident from occurring. He was not in life-threatening condition and was currently resting at home.
In April 2022, he admitted to all charges of his sexual assault, and on February 9, 2023, following his 2nd appeal, the Seoul Central District Court finalized a sentence of 10 months in prison, as well as 50 hours of sexual violence education courses. The third trial has ruled the same 10 months in prison and 50 hours of sexual violence education courses which he is currently serving and will be released from jail in early December 2023.
However, he is also on an ongoing trial after being charged with molesting two women at a bar in Seoul in April 2021 and is suspected of a third case of forced harassment, so his current sentence could increase or he could return to jail after being released in December if found guilty of these charges.
