Shin Yoon Cheol, formerly known as Nakta and currently known as Kinda, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of TOPP DOGG (탑독). Before debuting, he spent time as a trainee at Jellyfish Entertainment. He was supposed to debut as a member of VIXX but was not chosen, so he left the company.

He made his debut as TOPP DOGG's vocalist with their first EP, "Dogg's Out." The group struggled to find success and the style did not suit all of the 13 members. In 2017, he decided not to renew his contract with the agency and left the group.

He then became an electronica musician under the stage name Kinda.
