Song Jae Ho is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of MADTOWN (매드타운). Before debuting, he spent one year at JYP Entertainment but left due to personal reasons. He then trained for 2 more years after switching agencies.

He made his debut in October 2014 (using the stage name H.O) as the group's lead vocalist, lead dancer and maknae with their first album, also titled "Mad Town". The group enjoyed some initial success. However, J. Tune Camp (제이튠캠프) began facing financial problems and rumors of possible embezzlement and declared bankruptcy in early 2017. Their contracts were transferred to GNI Entertainment (지엔아이엔터테인먼트).

In September 2017, they filed a lawsuit to terminate their contracts, and the Seoul Central District Court ruled in their favor 2 months later, leading to their disbandment.

He occasionally works as a model but remains out of the entertainment industry.
