Kim Byeong Kwan, previously known by his stage name Jason, is a member of the boy group, A.C.E. He was a JYP trainee with the stage name BK, and he was a member of the group High Praise for Kpop Star 1, together with Junhoe from iKON. Kim was a part of the dance group Urban Boyz together with Kino from Pentagon.

He was born in Seoul and studied at the Hanlim Multi Art School.

He participated in JTBC’s survival show "Mixnine". “MIXNINE” wrapped up on January 26, 2018, revealing the top nine female and male contestants, and announced which group will make its debut. Kim was announced ranked 4 for the Male Team and was later announced the winner and part of the debut group. The male team received a score of 8,114 and the female team received a score of 7,866. The scores were determined by 20 percent by pre-broadcast online votes, 30 percent by text voting during the live show, 20 percent by pre-broadcast online preference rankings, and 30 percent by scores from the judges.

He would be enlisting on April 11, 2022 to serve his military duty in KATUSA (the Korean Augmentation Troops to the United States Army). This is a branch of military service that requires applicants to demonstrate a high degree of fluency in English. Edit Biography
