The group was formed from what was originally the male sub-unit of CO-ED SCHOOL, a group that debuted in 2010 under Core Contents Media. However, it underwent several lineup changes and the agency decided to split both units into independent male (SPEED) and female groups (F-VE DOLLS).
In early 2012, the song "Lovey Dovey - Plus" was released as a tribute and remake of T-ARA's "Lovey Dovey" and he was added to the unit a few days after the song's release. He officially debuted by participating in the group's next single album, "Speed of Light" in January 2013. After a few more albums, the agency, now called MBK Entertainment deleted all profiles from their website and while it has never been officially confirmed, the group disbanded in late 2015.
The following year, he announced he will become an actor and in 2017, he participated in "The Uni-T" but was eliminated in episode 7 and placed 51st overall. He enlisted for his mandatory military service in 2018 and now seems to have resumed his acting career under the stage name Park Seo An but he doesn't have any credited role since "The Uni-T".
