Kim Tae Heon
- Name: Kim Tae Heon
- Native name: 김태헌
- Also Known as: Kim Tae Hoon
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Male
- Born: June 18, 1989
- Age: 35
He made his debut in January 2010 as the group's main rapper and vocalist with their first single album, "Nativity". Originally named Child of Empire, Star Empire Entertainment (스타제국) decided to officially establish it as ZE:A. However, they faced immediate controversy as it was very similar to Brown Eyed Girls member JeA. Both agencies began negotiations and agreed that ZE:A's pronunciation will be changed to avoid any confusion.
Afterwards, they enjoyed a lot of success and signed with Sony Music for promotional activities in 9 countries, mainly in Southeast Asia, where the group became incredibly popular in a short time.
In September 2014, he became the first idol to fight an official MMA fight when he entered in an event called "Revolution 2: The Beginning of the Revolution". Unfortunately, he lost the match against a Japanese MMA fighter.
He enlisted for his mandatory military service on December 7, 2015 and was discharged on September 6, 2017.
His contract with Star Empire expired in January 2017 and rumors began circulating about a possible disbandment. However, the agency and the members released separate statements indicating that the group was now officially on an indefinite hiatus but was not disbanding.
In July 2023, he appeared on TV for the first time in a long time and revealed he faced financial troubles after the group went on hiatus. He worked part-time at Coupang Logistics, joined a theater troupe to continue his dream of being part of the entertainment industry and debuted as an amateur boxer in hopes of turning professional some day.
He is now a restaurant owner.
