Kwon Yong Hyun, previously known professionally as UO, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of TST (일급비밀; previously known as TOP SECRET) and XEED (씨드). He graduated from Global Cyber University with a bachelor's degree in Broadcasting Entertainment.

He made his debut in January 2017 as TOP SECRET's main vocalist with their first mini album, "Time's Up". The group changed their name the following year to TST but faced Kyeong Ha's legal charges later that year. In 2020, Yohan was found dead, and a few months later, the group disbanded.

In April 2023, he signed with Nature Space (네이처스페이스) and re-debuted as a soloist with the EP album "Restart", and in July, he joined the group XEED (who had debuted in December 2022) with their second mini album, "Blue". However, in March 2024, the agency unexpectedly announced the group's disbandment, which happened the following month.

He is now an independent artist.
