He made his debut in 2008 when he joined as XING's new member (under the stage name White). The group debuted in 2006 but faced constant lineup changes until their eventual disbandment in late 2009.
He re-debuted in March 2010 as THE BOSS's leader and main vocalist with their single album, “Admiring Boy.” The group initially promoted in Japan before returning to South Korea in late 2011, following their agency's strategy of prioritizing Japan. Promotions alternated between the two countries until 2012, when Open World Entertainment went bankrupt, leading them to move to Poom Entertainment and later return to XING Entertainment. The group went into an indefinite hiatus in early 2017.
Not much is known about him after leaving THE BOSS as he seems to have been out of the industry.
