Jo Woo Yeop, now known professionally as Jo Lee Chan, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of TRCNG (티알씨엔지). He graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School.

After several years as a trainee, he made his debut in October 2017 as TRCNG's vocalist and dancer with their first EP "New Generation". The group then faced controversy when, in November 2019, he and Yang Tae Seon filed a suit against TS Entertainment (TS엔터테인먼트) for violations of the child welfare legislation, alleging abuse, assault, and extortion. They were immediately separated from the group and the parents of the remaining members sued them and their families for spreading false information. The agency decided to put TRCNG on indefinite hiatus and he left the group.

After leaving the group, he opened a YouTube channel and changed his stage name to Jo Lee Chan but he has not appeared in any project since then.
