Liu Yang Yang is a Taiwanese singer, dancer, and member of NCT (엔시티) and 2 of its sub-units, NCT U (엔씨티 유) and WAYV (웨이션브이 / 威神V). He moved to Germany with his mother and sister when he was 11 years old and lived there for 6 years. He dropped out of high school to pursue his dream of becoming a singer.

He joined SM Entertainment (SM엔터테인먼트) in July 2016 after passing a global audition. SM planned to create a 25-member group that was divided into separate sub-units. They quickly became known as South Korea's "most experimental band" due to their concept of having members switch units freely.

He made his debut in January 2019 as WAYV's main rapper, main dancer, sub-vocalist and maknae with their single album, "The Vision".

He then joined NCT U in October 2020 for the single "Make a Wish (Birthday Song)", part of the studio album "Resonance", which included all NCT members at the time.

In August 2021, he formed a duo with fellow WAYV member Ten and released the digital single "Low Low".
